Registration to become a supplier to MTN is done in several stages. Below is the list of documents to be provided for the first stage:
– Extract of registration with the RCCM
– IFU certificate
– Bank details
– Location plan of the office, factory and distribution store of the items
– Photo of the facade of the company’s head office (showing the sign)
– Code of Ethics for suppliers (to be signed)
– Confidentiality agreement (to be signed)
These documents are mandatory

After the first stage If a supplier is selected based on internal criteria and MTN’s needs, he will be invited to complete documents. Below is the list of these:

-Identification of the contact authorized by the company to deal with MTNB (photocopy of passport or identity document, page with photo)

-List of three former main customers

-Professional or importer or trader card

-Civil Liability Insurance

-Certificate of non-bankruptcy

-Certificate of VAT liability

-Tax certificate

-Organization chart

-Partnership certificate

-Special approval/authorization from the local administration in areas where the law requires it

-Information security annex (if applicable)
