Declaration to the APDP<\/h4>\n

In accordance with Law 2017-20 on the digital code in the Republic of Benin (5th Book relating to the protection of personal data and privacy), the site has been declared to the Protection Authority Personal Data (www.apdp.bj) under the number (Deliberation N\u00b0 XXXX-XXX\/XX\/APDP of XX\/XX\/XXXX)
\nIn any case, MTN BENIN only collects personal information relating to the user for the need of certain services offered by the mtn.bj site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he enters it himself (law 2017-20 on the digital code in the Republic of Benin). No personal information of the user of the mtn.bj site is published without the knowledge of the user, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties.<\/p>\n

Personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

The information communicated by subscribers when using the site is used for the management of the Services provided by MTN BENIN. For the purposes of providing the Service, managing the commercial relationship with the Subscriber, as well as enriching the MTN BENIN customer base, the Subscriber is required to provide personal data concerning him.<\/p>\n

MTN Benin<\/strong>, in its capacity as data controller, takes the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure its protection and confidentiality.<\/p>\n

The processing of personal data relating to the Subscriber is necessary to satisfy the request and is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n

Each Subscriber may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, deletion, opposition, limitation to processing and portability.<\/p>\n

Permission to access<\/strong><\/p>\n

In application of Law No. 2017-20 on the digital code in the Republic of Benin, subscribers have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete their personal data. This right can be exercised in writing against discharge or to the address: serviceclient@mtn.bj.<\/p>\n

Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

MTN BENIN<\/strong> will protect the confidential data and information received from the subscriber and will treat them in a strictly confidential manner.<\/p>\n

Intellectual property<\/strong><\/p>\n

All content, logos, gifs and icons as well as their formatting are the exclusive property of MTN BENIN \u2013 with the exception of trademarks, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.<\/p>\n

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these various elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of MTN BENIN.<\/p>\n

Accountability and Securing<\/strong><\/p>\n

MTN BENIN<\/strong> is bound by an obligation of means. Consequently, MTN BENIN<\/strong> declines all responsibility for technical difficulties that the Subscriber may encounter in the context of the use of the service, whatever the cause, the origin, in particular in the occurrence of \u00ab\u00a0bugs\u00a0\u00bb, failure to respect the integrity of information through communication networks, lack of capacity, connection or security of the terminal. In this respect, the service is made available to the subscriber on an as-is basis and the subscriber bears all risks with regard to the quality and performance of the application. In particular, no guarantee of any kind whatsoever, implicit or express, is granted by MTN BENIN<\/strong> relating to the ability of the service to fulfill a particular use, to its absence of technical error or interruption.
